You can visit our showroom for general explanation or by phone. For kitchen layout, you could just send us a fax or an e-mail. And if you do not have any, we can arrange a schedule to have your kitchen area measured. In the meantime, we will proceed the design from kitchen layout and planning stages until the 3d image presentation. All of these services are free of charge, you will not be charged for the consultation fee. We would proceed with execution only after you signed the invoice and we have received the down payment.
In normal condition, it would take us approximately 1 (one) month to finish your kitchen after we receive the down payment. For installation, it would only take 3-12 working days, depending on the space of your kitchen.
For core material, we use only special plywood with 15mm and 18mm thickness. These materials have different properties compared to similar products in the market. They have flatter surface with cleaner and stronger wood structure.
Adopting the technology from our principal in Germany, in every kitchen system that we make, the construction would utilize plastic composite legs which are very strong and covered with an aluminium+PVC based plint. So in a long term, your kitchen would be free from problems such as porous woods, weathering, discoloring due to floor cleaner and detergent, and a flood disaster up to max. 150 mm high.
For Kitchen Top you can use materials like marble, granite, solid surface and quartz surface. Each has it own strength and weakness.
Solid surface material is an acrylic composite that offer consumers an incredible array of benefits. It can resist most chemical exposure, high UV resistance and color fastness, seamless joints for one-piece look and optimum hygiene. However, the solid surfacing material can only stands thermal of 180° Celsius for about 20 minutes only (for radical uses).
Quartz surface is comprised of up to 93% natural quartz, one of nature's strongest minerals. It means that this material is as hard as granite stone. Only that granite has an open pore to let water absorbs, while quartz surface don't.
We offered “limited 5 years warranty” for cabinetry system. As for the mechanism (hinges and railings) we offered a “life time warranty” for diamond kitchen type.
The answer is yes. We can help you to arrange the proper position for each appliance and sanitary equipment in accordance to your house feng shui.
For JABOTABEK areas, the price, working system and delivery system are the same. There will be no extra charges to any of our customer. We have done several projects in other cities outside java island, cities of Medan, Jambi, Banjarmasin, Manado and other major cities. There are some different prices for the kitchen, i.e. for cabinet packaging and overhead cost for our technicians. Shipping will be covered by the client. Other cost would be airplane ticket, airport tax and lodging fee (if not provided in the project area).
